Glad I stopped by without checking the Yelp reviews first. I actually had a really good experience at the Joint and I'm surprised to see it has such negative reviews.
I ordered the Prime Time Kobe Burger and it was honestly the best airport food I've ever had. My boyfriend also agreed that it was delicious. Came out piping hot and tasted super fresh. The beef patty was super juicy. Fries were just average. Good texture and crisp, but I would have liked them to have more of the seasoning.
Burbank doesn't have many food options but I would definitely recommend this place if you're hungry!
Service was also very friendly and quick! -

My 3rd review for "The Joint". My first: 3 star. Then, second: 2 star. Now, 4 star. Is it me that is changing? No. Guy's doin' the changing, not me.
I've been a half of a dozen times, breakfast and lunch, mostly because BUR airport eating options are so scarce, and frankly overpriced and not good. The burgers were sub-standard for the price, and the breakfast, well, bad. The burgers, I've had a couple of times prior, is not bad...it's just tasted like a FATBURGER or one from FIVE GUYS. However, those changes I was talking about, well, they've changed the burgers and the prices, too.
MAKIN' BACON [$13.70, 4.5 stars] -- is a new one on the menu, and it was quite fab. Lots of crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle. The patty and bun was worthy.
Good job, Guy! WTG! -

Lisa (I think that's her name, cute pink glasses) was sweet and attentive. It's an airport so I have very low standards so this review is a little higher since I know it's not a full restaurant.
Lisa made our experience better. They ran out of Kobe beef for our burger and told us after we had ordered so we opted for the regular beef pattie - a little disappointing, but she was still very sweet and made sure our other needs were met. She made our drinks (and everyone else's at the bar) quickly and efficiently. She had a positive attitude and didn't ruin the patrons experience even though things weren't running as smoothly as it should from the back-end.
Overall, burger was delicious and seasoned tots were amazing! Burger bun was super soft. Tots were super crunchy. One of the best $15 airport burger I've ever had. The bar isn't very high, but I would say most airport burgers besides McDonald's would range at the same price range in a a restaurant. -

Guy, you should be ashamed to have your name on this shit hole. Animals at a shelter get better food than this. My suggestion is avoid avoid avoid.

The veggie sandwich came out quick. Comes with tater tots. The sandwich is made to order, So if you are rushing for your flight this is not the option for you. The restaurant is close to gates A7-A9. I don't expect much when I get food at the airport so I wasn't disappointed. The brioche was warm and soft. The egg was plentiful and fluffy. I do think it's needs some additional seasoning or a side of salsa. Prices are usual airport prices- $12.90.
